Job Description
Our established client is a well-known water treatment company, who provide expert water treatment duties to national clients. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced, skilled and committed Water Treatment Service Chemist based in and around the Bedford area. The right candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working within the water treatment sector with experience carrying out sampling and analysis of cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems. Applications from Watford, Luton, Stevenage, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & experience:
Hands on experience delivering water hygiene duties in accordance with ACOP L8.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of water treatment/hygiene industry essential.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Responsibilities within the Role:
Carry out chemical analysis on Cooling towers, Steam boilers and closed heated and chilled systems.
Undertaking maintenance of Domestic and Industrial water systems.
Carry out routine monitoring tasks at various properties as per client requirements.
Providing the full range of Service Chemist duties on an array of systems across a variety of sectors.
Build a strong professional rapport with new and existing clients.
