Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
Location: Watford, Bedfordshire
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £50k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting in the South East of England for an experienced Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to join their successful team. Our client is a growing and respected outfit, who provide the full range of Water Treatment Services. The ideal engineer will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and will be flexible to travel in line with company needs. You will be servicing a range of commercial, manufacturing and industrial premises across the region. Experience / Qualifications:
– Experience working as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer within a well-established outfit
– It would support applications to hold plumbing qualifications (i.e. NVQ, Diploma and G3 Unvented)
– Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 legislation
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Proficient using IT software
– Flexible to travel as per client needs
The Role:
– Installing and commissioning water softeners, UV filtration and reverse osmosis systems
– Installing and servicing of cooling tower and chemical dosing equipment
– Connecting control panels and associated electrical works
– Diagnosing faults on existing systems
– Modifications of existing pipework
– Interpreting from schematics / blueprints
– Providing technical feedback and project updates to clients
– Liaising with clients to arrange site access
– Updating logbooks and technical documents
– Representing the company in a professional manner
