Job Description
Due to current business requirements, this well-established and fast-growing asbestos company, that provides a broad range of asbestos services to clients, is actively seeking for an Asbestos Administrator/Co-ordinator to join their busy office/team in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate with have experience working either within an asbestos removals or consultancy company; scheduling site staff and booking works. Will consider applications from Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, and the surrounding areas.
Will ideally hold experience working within either an asbestos removal or consultancy setting.
Will come from a strong Asbestos Administration background.
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office and must have good typing skills.
Must have good command of English – both written and verbal.
Using the telephone in a professional manner.
Must have good communication, client-facing, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of the role:
Assisting the Manager with day to day duties.
Managing projects with regards to asbestos works.
Allocation and booking in of work for the Asbestos Surveyors/Analysts.
Entering data, analysing, checking and uploading reports.
Liaising with clients and dealing with any issues appropriately.
Dealing with invoices, timesheets and all other associated paperwork.
Carrying out any other admin duties as required.
