Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £27k – £36k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a well-known name within the Water Treatment / Hygiene industry, with a presence across the UK. Due to continued company growth, they are seeking a reliable and driven Water Treatment Engineer to join their Midlands team. You will be attending a range of commercial, public sector and industrial sites to conduct cleans and disinfection duties, in addition to routine pre-planned monitoring/sampling. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and can demonstrate robust technical knowledge.. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include: overtime and company vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Proven experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer within a well-established outfit
– Good understanding of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
– Strong communication skills
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
– Experience working across a diverse portfolio of sites
– Flexible to travel in line with client needs

The Role:
– Cooling tower cleans and disinfections
– TMV servicing, maintenance and failsafe checks
– CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections
– Showerhead disinfections
– Calorifier inspections
– Water sampling
– Temperature monitoring
– Producing regular service reports
– Maintaining high standards of service
– Representing the company in a positive manner
