Job Title: Water Treatment Business Development Manager
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £35k – £60k + OTE + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Business Development Manager through to Lead Water Treatment Business Development Manager
Profile: An established and reputable Water Treatment company who work across the UK, are now looking to recruit an organised and diligent Water Treatment Business Development Manager based in and around the Walsall area. The ideal candidate will have a strong Sales / Business Development / Water Treatment / Legionella background and will have a proven track record of increasing revenue through the promotion and cross selling of the companies Water Treatment services. Previous experience developing and mentoring a team of sales engineers and monitoring business forecast / budgets would be beneficial to the role.
Applications will be considered from: Cannock, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Birmingham, Halesowen, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Coventry, Redditch, Kidderminster, Hinkley, Leicester.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working for an established water treatment company ideally coming working within a sales / business development role.
” Will have a proven track record of managing and growing accounts.
” Will have a strong Sales, business development and technical background.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
The Role:
” Resourcing new business and contracts while managing existing business.
” Promoting the companies water hygiene services.
” Develop and monitor business forecasts and budgets.
” Providing clients with quotations and tenders.
” Maintaining the companied internal database and ensuring everything is up to date.
” Ensuring targets are being met.
” Working towards agreed sales targets and KPI’s.
” Attending and holding meeting to discuss the companied financial position.
” Involvement in company sales, commercial and finances.
” Developing plans for existing and new customers.
” Assisting in the training of staff when and as required.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with current health and safety regulations.
