Job Title: Water Hygiene Operations Manager
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k + Bonus Scheme + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Operations Manager through to Lead Water Hygiene Operations Manager
Profile: An established and reputable Water Hygiene/ Legionella company who strive to provide consistent high-quality service to their Healthcare, Industrial, Retail and Social housing clients. They are now seeking an organised and dependable Water Hygiene Operations Manager based in and around the Aylesbury area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of engineers, will take responsibility for service deliver decisions, liaising with supervisors ensuring objectives are being met, carrying out performance reviews and monitoring orders ensuring sufficient resources are available.
Applications will be considered from: Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Luton, St Albans, Watford, Hitchin, Stevenage, Bishops Stortford, Harlow, Enfield, Ilford, Romford, Rainham, Erith, Dartford, Bexleyheath, Swanley, Orpington, Sevenoaks and areas with good access to London and the South East.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will come from a strong chemical/operational/management background within the Water hygiene/Legionella industry.
” Will have excellent knowledge of relevant ACoP L8/Health and Safety/ HSG 274 guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication and management skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
The Role:
” Ensuring high quality service is being delivered to meet customer requirements, and working closely with managers to ensure clients deadlines are being met.
” Promoting continuous improvement and development and effectiveness across all sectors.
” Traveling to site and providing staff with onsite training.
” Supervising a team of engineers, delivering training in line with company needs, undertaking performance/development reviews.
” Monitoring all potential and existing orders, ensuring sufficient resources are available.
” Working closely with management and resolving any issues that may arise.
” Building and maintaining efficient working relationships with clients.
” Liaising with clients, providing technical advice where needed as well as attending meetings to discuss project progress.
” Ensuring all targets are being met.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with ACoP L8/Health and Safety/ HSG 274 guidelines.
