Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary / Benefits: 22,000 – 32,000 + Benefits + Training
Level of Experience: Progression into Legionella Risk Assessing
Profile
Our client is a highly respected water treatment/water hygiene company who provide specialist water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients throughout the UK. They are now looking to recruit an experienced and hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer based in or around the Basingstoke area. The successful applicant will have experience carrying out routine water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
Applications will be considered from – Southampton, Portsmouth, Andover, Farnham, Guildford, Alton, Woking, Crawley, Haslemere, Reading, Slough, and Epsom.
Experience / Qualifications:
” The successful Water Hygiene Engineer will have previous experience working within the water hygiene/treatment industry.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.
The Role:
” Conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
” Temperature monitoring.
” Carrying out cleaning, disinfections and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems.
” Installing and maintaining dosing systems.
” Legionella sampling as and when required.
” Showerhead cleans and descales.
” Servicing TMV’s.
