Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £30k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Our client is a well-established multidiscipline environmental consultancy who provide a range of environmental serviced to Industrial, healthcare, housing, local authority, and leisure clients across the UK. Due to business needs, they are now looking to take on a motivated Water Hygiene Engineer, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, undertaking temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and repairs and showerhead descales in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
Applications will be considered from: Nottingham, Leicester, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Loughborough, Coventry.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working in the water hygiene / water treatment industry.
” Will be well versed within the ACOP L8 / relevant Health and safety legislation.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking tank cleans, descales, remedial works, flushing systems and disinfections of main water systems.
” Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
” Changing and replacing tanks.
” Undertaking temperature monitoring
” Conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
” Using information from site to produce detailed report for clients.
