Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £24k – £32k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Our client is a leading water / environmental company who work hard to deliver the full range of water hygiene clients throughout the UK. They are now looking to take on a hard working and self-motivated Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Birmingham area. The deal candidate will hold experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out temperature monitoring, water sampling, TMV servicing and shower head descales. This role would suit someone who would be happy to travel across to the west of England.
Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Tamworth, Cannock, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Worcester, Tewksbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Newport, Cwmbran, Caerphilly, Cardiff.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold extensive experience working within the Water hygiene industry.
” Must hold working knowledge of relevant health and safety and ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out temperature monitoring as well as conducting routine sampling and analysis of water systems.
” Undertaking maintenance and replacement of TMVs.
” Carrying out descales of shower heads.
” Carrying out analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing.
” Ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety and ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining good working relationship with clients.
