Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Bristol, Southwest.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £32k + Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Our client is a well-established multidiscipline legionella consultancy who provide the full range of water hygiene /Legionella services to a mixed range of clints across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and experienced water hygiene engineer based in and around the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, carrying out temperature monitoring, TMV Servicing, Showerheads descales on a range of Housing association, Local authority, care homes, and healthcare sectors.
Applications will be considered from: Somerset, Taunton, Bridgewater, Bath, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Frome, Glastonbury, Yeovil, Weston-Super-Mare, Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth, Barnstaple.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold previous experience working within the Water hygiene industry.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant health and safety guidelines and ACOP L8.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking tank cleans, descales, remedial works, flushing systems and disinfections of main water systems.
” Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
” Changing and replacing tanks.
” Undertaking temperature monitoring
” Conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
” Using information from site to produce detailed report for clients.
