Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £30k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Our client is a reputable water hygiene company, holding a national presence they work hard to provide their clients with the full range of water hygiene services across the UK. They are now looking to recruit a driven and proficient Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Nottingham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on a mixed range of sites, carrying out water sampling, disinfections on hot and cold-water systems, showerhead descales and disinfections and TMV Servicing.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold extensive experience working in the water hygiene industry,
” Will ideally hold the city and Guilds hot and cold water systems qualification.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health & Safety / ACOP L8 Guidelines.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out disinfection of mains water systems, tank cleans and descales, replacing tanks and remedial work.
” Monitoring client’s air and water systems and ensuring compliance with current Health and Safety legislation.
” Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
” Carrying out temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
” Undertaking maintenance and installation of dosing systems.
” Submitting accurate paperwork including reports.
” Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.
” Carrying out remedial plumbing work as and when required.
