Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Manchester, North West.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: A well-established Water Treatment company with a presence within the North West, Midlands, and the South, are now looking to recruit a competent and diligent Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the Water Treatment industry, working across Educational, Hospitality, Healthcare and Leisure sites, carrying out routine sampling, monitoring, TMV servicing and Showerhead descales. For the right candidate, this client can also offer training into Water Treatment services such as Closed system analysis and system dosing.

Applications will be considered from: Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton, Stockport, Leigh, Wigan, Warrington, Chorley, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, St Helens, Crews, Macclesfield, Cheshire, Widnes.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for an established Water Hygiene company, working as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
” Will be well versed in the relevant HSG 274/ ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will be competent in using a PDA / Tablet system.

The Role:
” Carrying out routing Water sampling and Temperature monitoring.
” Calorifier blowdowns.
” Carrying out servicing of TMVs and showerhead descales.
” CWST Cleans and chlorination’s.
” Carrying out flushing of little used outlets.
” Ensuring that work is being carried out in line with ACOP L8 Regulations.
” Inputting data onto a handheld / PDA system and updating onsite logbooks.
