Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Dartford, South East
Salary / Benefits £22K – £34K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: An established and continuously expanding Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Company who work across the UK for Educational, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and High Security clients are now looking to recruit a hardworking and diligent Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Dartford area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene Industry, carrying out servicing on TMVs, CWST Cleans and Chlorination’s and Using a PDA / tablet system to update site specific findings. For the right candidate this client can provide training into Steam Boilers / Cooling Towers as well as the chance to move into Supervisory and Account management roles.
Applications will be considered from: Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Gravesend, Rochester, Maidstone, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Swanley, Epsom, Sevenoaks, Redhill.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have established experience working for a Water Treatment/ Hygiene company.
” Will have excellent working knowledge of ACOP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Will have experience using PDA / Tablet systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
The Role:
Carrying out day to day water hygiene duties such as –
” Carrying out TMV servicing and failsafe’s.
” Showerhead disinfections.
” Undertaking routine Temperature Monitoring and Water Sampling.
” CWST Cleans and Chlorination’s.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Carrying out Calorifier Blowdowns.
” Using PDA / Tablet systems to input site specific data and updating onsite Logbooks.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with ACOP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG 274 guidelines.
