Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £32k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Future select specialise in recruitment within the Water hygiene / Legionella industry and we currently working with a well-established national outlet, who are looking to employ a hardworking and ambitious Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of Healthcare, Industrial, Retail and Social housing sites across the West Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the Water hygiene / Legionella industry and will have extensive experience carrying out TMV servicing, Water sampling, Temperature monitoring and Cleaning and disinfections on CWST’s.
Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Tamworth, Cannock, Telford, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Solihull, Redditch, Dudley, Halesowen, Coventry, Nuneaton, Hinkley, Leicester, Lutterworth, Rugby, Daventry.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must be well versed in relevant ACoP L8 / HTM 0401 /HSG 274 Guidelines.
” Will have experience working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, ideally working as an engineer.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
” Will be competent in using PDA / Tablet systems and updating onsite logbooks.

The Role:
” Carrying out TMV servicing and showerhead descales.
” CWST Cleaning and disinfections.
” Inspecting calorifiers.
” Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Carrying out remedial work in line with client needs.
” Using PDA / Tablet systems to produce detailed report and updating onsite logbooks.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with ACoP L8 / HTM 0401 / HSG 274 guidelines.
