Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer
Profile: An established Water Hygiene / Legionella company with a strong presence within the South of England are now seeking to employ a diligent and self-motivated Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Slough area. The successful candidate will work on Commercial, Domestic, Healthcare and Manufacturing sites carrying out TMV servicing, Showerhead disinfections, Water sampling and Temperature monitoring.
Applications will be considered from: Windsor, Reading, Bracknell, Camberly, Farnborough, Aldershot, Guildford, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Guildford, Horsham, Crawley, Horley, Redhill.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have excellent working knowledge of ACoP L8/HTM 0401/HSG 274 guidelines.
” Will have experience working for an established Water hygiene/Legionella company.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will be competent in using PDA / Tablet systems.
The Role:
” Undertaking Water Sampling and Temperature Monitoring.
” Undertaking TMV servicing and Failsafe’s.
” Showerhead Disinfections.
” Carrying out calorifier blowdowns.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with ACOP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Using PDA / Tablet systems to input site specific data and updating onsite Logbooks.
