Job Title: Water Hygiene Administrator
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £19k – £24k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Administrator through to Lead Water Hygiene Administrator

Profile: Our clint is a established water hygiene / legionella company, providing a mixed range of sites with the full range of water hygiene serviced across the UK. They are now looking for an organised and ambitious Water Hygiene Administrator based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the water hygiene industry, scheduling in works for engineers, providing clints with quotes, dealing with queries and carrying out general administrative duties.
Applications will be considered from: Halesowen, Stourbridge, West Bromwich, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tamworth, Litchfield.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working within the Water hygiene industry.
” Will have good organisational skills.
” Will have experience working within an administrative position.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Working from an internal database, entering data, checking information and reports from sites.
” Providing support to managers with day-to-day planning.
” Scheduling works for engineers.
” Providing clients with quotes for works waiting to be carried out.
” Overseeing and helping a small team.
” Liaising and dealing with clients and customers appropriately and dealing with any issues in a timely manner.
