Job Description
Job Title: Water / Air Commissioning Engineer
Location: Croydon, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £48k + Training & Benefits
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Water / Air Commissioning Engineer to join their successful and growing outfit. They have a presence nationwide and a particular stronghold in the South East of England. Ideally, candidates will be based with good access to the M25 for easier travel to commercial, domestic and public sector client sites. It is preferred that candidates will hold CSA grades, or will be working towards completion of tickets. For the successful candidate, they can offer attractive salaries and packages, including: company vehicle, overtime opportunities, pension scheme and annual leave allowance.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Proven track record working as a Water / Air Commissioning Engineer
– Ideally will hold CSA Grades
– Fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines
– Holding an electrical background / experience would be a bonus but not essential
– Adaptable to changing travel requirements
– Good literacy and numeracy skill level
– Proficient using IT software
The Role:
– Completing water / air balancing on AHUs, supply/extract, fan coil, primary and secondary MVHR systems
– Commissioning and validating water / air / hvac systems to CIBSE standards
– Verifications and auditing on AHUs
– Creating detailed technical reports and technical drawings
– Travelling in line with company needs
– Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
– Providing project updates and technical advice to clients
– Working from blueprints
– Supporting training engineers
