Our established client is a leading name within the Clean Air industry. They are currently recruiting for a professional experienced Validation Administrator to join their busy office. The successful candidate will be based in and around the Bolton area. The successful candidate will ideally hold previous experience working within a clean air company, organising, and scheduling site staff on a national level. Applications from Leigh, Wigan, Hindley, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

The applicant should have a good educational and LEV/clean air administrative background.
Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.

Role:

Planning and scheduling daily workloads throughout the country.
Coordinate projects & check/ send reports
Dealing with all incoming service and breakdown enquiries.
Managing the workflow of engineering staff.
Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis.
Dealing with internal and external databases.
Chasing, collecting, collating, and approving all timesheets, site reports and other engineer generated documentation for processing by Finance Department.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.
