Job Description

Job Title: LEV Service / Installation Engineer
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £48k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced and multi-skilled LEV Service / Installation Engineer, who is confident in servicing and installing LEV systems. As a minimum, candidates will hold the BOHS P601, and must have a strong foundation of technical knowledge. Engineers are expected to travel in line with company needs, so this role would suit someone with a hardworking attitude and flexibility. You will be joining a highly respected name within the Critical Ventilation / LEV industry, with a nationwide presence. Experience / Qualifications:
– Strong experience working as an LEV Service / Installation Engineer
– Will hold the BOHS P601 as a minimum
– Fully conversant in COSHH and HSG 258 guidelines
– Flexible to travel in line with company needs
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Proficient using IT software

The Role:
– Installing new LEV and critical ventilation systems within pharmaceutical and healthcare environments
– Inspecting and testing existing systems and assessing overall performance
– Servicing on laminar flow cabinets
– Testing of microbiological safety cabinets and fume cupboards
– Replacing filters, fans and belts
– Making appropriate recommendations for repairs
– Air quality testing
– Carrying out COSHH assessments
– Producing detailed technical reports
– Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
