Job Description
Job Title: LEV Service Engineer
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £26k – £48k DOE + Training & Benefits
Our client is a busy and growing LEV outfit, who specialise in Dust / Fume ventilation. They are seeking a reliable and hardworking LEV Service Engineer in Yorkshire, to cover a diverse portfolio of contracts. Applicants must hold the BOHS P601 and will be able to hit the ground running. Daily duties will include: LEV system testing / servicing, DOP testing and highlighting any system faults / compliance issues. Experience / Qualifications:
– Experience working as an LEV Service Engineer
– Must hold the BOHS P601 as a minimum
– Fully conversant in HSG 258 and COSHH guidelines
– Great literacy, numeracy and IT skills
– Flexible to travel in line with company needs
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
– Completing thorough testing and inspections on LEV, dust and fume ventilation systems
– Emissions testing
– HEPA and DOP filter testing
– Replacing fans, belts and filters within existing systems
– Identifying compliance / functionality issues with existing systems
– Maintaining high levels of service with working to agreed deadlines
– Producing detailed technical reports with pre and post work photographs
– Adhering to safety guidelines
– Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes
