Job Description
Job Title: LEV Engineer.
Location: London
Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee LEV Engineer through to Lead LEV Engineer
Profile: A well established and privately owned LEV business, carrying out the full range of LEV services across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial, Food & Beverage sites. They are now seeing a BOHS P601 qualified LEV Engineer based in and around the London area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience carrying out servicing, installations and maintenance of Dust and Fume extract units, DOP Testing and ensuring work is carried out in line with COSHH and HSG258 guidelines. This role would suit a candidate that would be happy to travel, and potential for P602 training is also available for the right candidate.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P601 qualification.
” Will have extensive knowledge of COSHH / HSG258 / Health and Safety guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will be competent in using PDA / internal databases.
The Role:
” Undertaking LEV Testing on Dust and Fume extraction systems.
” DOP Testing.
” Carrying out Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 fume cupboard examinations.
” Carrying out general maintenance, fan/filter changing.
” Undertaking site visits in line with client needs and providing with technical advice on further work to be completed.
” Producing detailed reports based on test findings.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with COSHH/HSG258/Health & Safety guidelines.
” Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
