Job Description

Our client is well-regarded within the water treatment/water hygiene sector and known for delivering outstanding services across the UK. This company is now looking to employ an experienced, hardworking, and dedicated Legionella/Water Treatment Administrator to join their busy office within the Wolverhampton area. The successful postholder will ideally have experience of the water treatment / legionella sector as well as excellent organisational and administrative skills. Applications from Birmingham, Coventry, Lichfield, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

The applicant should have a good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.

Postholder responsibilities:

Plan and schedule the Engineers daily workload throughout the country.
Collating Legionella Risk assessments
Completing reports.
Liaising with customers and clients on a regular basis.
Deal with internal and external databases.
Attend meetings.
Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.
