Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Our client is a reputable and well-established Legionella / Water Hygiene company who are now seeking to employ a hardworking and self-motivated Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the West Midlands area. The ideal candidate will hold the WMSoc / City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessment and will have experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments and a range of L8 compliance duties across Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial sites.

Applications will be considered from: Walsall, West Bromwich, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Shropshire, Kidderminster, Shropshire, Worcester, Gloucester, Newport, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Swansea, Port Talbot, Barry, Weston-Super-Mare.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive hands-on experience working within the Watet Hygiene / Legionella industry working for an established company.
” Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing (Minimum)
” Excellent working knowledge of ACoP L8 / HSG 274 Guidelines.
” Capable of using handheld PDA system / onsite logbooks.
” Able to communicate with clients efficiently.
The Role:
” Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACoP L8 guidelines on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Undertaking temperature monitoring and Water Sampling.
” Cleans and chlorination’s on CWST’s.
” Ensuring all onsite logbooks are up to date and using handheld PDA systems to produce detailed reports.
” Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
