Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber
Location: Dartford, Southeast.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber

Profile: Our client is a well-established legionella / water hygiene company who provide the full range of legionella services to a mixed range of clients across the UK. They are now looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber based in and around the Dartford area. The ideal candidate will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc legionella risk assessment qualification, will be well versed in relevant Health and safety / ACOP L8 legislations and will ideally hold NVQ/City and Guilds level 2/3 in plumbing. The client is open to location providing the candidate has good access to London.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc city and guilds legionella risk assessing qualification.
” Ideally hold the City and Guilds / NVQ level 2 / Level 3 in plumbing.
” Must have good working knowledge of the legionella/plumbing/water treatment industry.
” Must have good working knowledge of Health and Safety / ACOP L8 Legislation.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out Legionella risk assessments and plumbing suites a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Dealing with closed systems, TMVs, chlorination, cleaning, disinfection, and water sampling.
” Finding faults and diagnosing problems efficiently.
” Completing checks and signing off works in relation to plumbing.
” Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports, documents and schematic drawings.
” Carrying out remedial plumbing duties following risk assessments.
” Providing clients and customers with recommendations and prices for works.
” Ensuring all works is carried out in line with current Health & Safety legislations.
” liaising and building working relationships with clients.
” liaising with collages to ensure that works are being completed on time.
