Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £27k – £40k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a respected name within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry, with a nationwide presence and growing client portfolio. They are seeking an experienced and reliable Legionella Risk Assessor, who is qualified and well-versed in industry guidelines. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently on site and will be confident in producing subsequent technical reports and schematics. You will be joining a professional outfit who can implement exciting training plans, in addition to excellent base salaries and packages, including: company vehicle and fuel expenses.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
– Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
– Must be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments
– Adaptable to client travel requirements
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Proficient in using IT software

The Role:
– Performing legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
– Creating detailed technical reports
– Producing site-specific schematic drawings
– Identifying required remedial works and informing clients
– Ensuring regular compliance regimes are completed
– Building strong working relationsips with clients
– Keeping up-to-date with industry guideline changes
– Working to personal performance targets
