Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £27k – £40k + Training & Benefits
A privately-owned Legionella / Water Hygiene specialist is recruiting for a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. You will be operating on predominantly on domestic hot and cold water systems, but it would be advantageous to hold experience with healthcare / process systems also. Our client is successful and has imminent growth plans across the UK. You will be expected to operate independently on site, ensuring to work to agreed deadlines and personal performance targets. Our client is offering attractive salaries and benefits packages, including: company vehicle and fuel card.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
– Successful track record working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
– Good understanding of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
– Flexible to travel in line with company needs
– It would be advantageous to hold plumbing knowledge / experience
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
– Carrying out thorough legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
– Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
– Compiling findings to produce detailed technical reports
– Contacting clients to provide technical advice and make technical recommendations
– Meeting / exceeding company performance targets
– Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
– Travelling as per company needs
– Keeping up to date with industry guideline changes
