Job Description
Our client, who is well respected within the water treatment / legionella industry, delivering the full range of legionella duties to a mixed portfolio of clients within the Basildon area. They are currently seeing a hard-working and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor, undertaking risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and will hold excellent water treatment / legionella knowledge. Consideration will be given to candidates from Grays, Rainham, Rayleigh, Romford, Southend-on-Sea, and the surrounding area.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate will hold the City and guilds legionella risk assessment qualification or WMS equivalent.
Have a track record of working as a legionella risk assessor within the water hygiene/treatment industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft office.
Must hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Role
Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 across a mixed portfolio of sites.
Providing clients/customers with recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control, measures through to quotations, and carrying out works based on the risk assessments.
Using information from sites to provide detailed reports.
Dealing with problems effectively and in a timely manner.
Prioritising workloads and ensuring work are completed within the time scales.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and customers.
