Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Dartford, Southeast
Salary / Benefits £25k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor
Profile: Our client is well regarded within the legionella / water treatment industry, carrying out legionella / water treatment duties across a range of residential, educational. Commercial and healthcare sites. Due to growing business, they are now looking to take on a hardworking and experienced Legionella risk assessor. The ideal candidate will hold experience undertaking legionella risk assessments across a range of sites in line with ACOP L8 Guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience undertaking legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 Guidelines.
” Will ideally holf the City and Guilds legionella risk assessor qualification or WMS equivalent.
” Will hold goof working knowledge of the water hygiene / water treatment industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 on a range of sites.
” Completing schematic drawings and producing detailed reports for clients.
” Undertaking surveying of water systems and supplies.
” Carrying out TMV servicing.
” Undertaking disinfection of mains water systems, tank cleans, descales, changing and replacing tanks, remedial and flushing works.
” Monitoring client’s ait and eater systems.
” Ensuring all work is in line with relevant Health and Safety regulations.
” Cleaning and chlorination’s on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
” Building and maintaining goof working relationships with customers and clients.
