Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: London.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: Our clint Is a well-respected legionella/water hygiene company, providing the full range of legionella/water treatment services to a mix of healthcare, local authority, social housing, and leisure clients across the UK. Due to increase in contracts, they are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around London. The ideal candidate will have the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella risk assessing and will be well versed within the ACOP L8 guidelines, undertaking risk assessments on a mixed range of sites.

Experience & Qualifications: Ilford, Rainham, Dagenham, Greenwich, Bexley, Dartford, Swanley, Bromley, Croydon, Grays, Maidstone, Ashford and Lewisham.
” Will have extensive experience within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry.
” Will ideally hold the City and Guilds or WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health & Safety / ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
Carrying out legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines,
Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
Completing schematic drawings and provide clients with final documents.
Providing clients with technical advice as well as recommending prices for remedial works.
Maintaining and building goof working relationships with clients.
