Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £32k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: Our client is a national name, they are a multidiscipline environmental / Health and Safety company who provide a range of services across construction, Healthcare, Leisure, Educational and social housing sites across the UK. They are now looking to take on a qualified and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Edinburgh area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a legionella risk assessor, working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
Applications will be considered from: Queensferry, Rosyth, Livingstone, Glasgow, Wishaw, Lanark, East Kilbride, Paisley, Clydebank, Linlithgow, Falkirk.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working within the Legionella industry, ideally working as a legionella risk assessor.
” Will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in legionella risk assessing.
” Will have good working knowledge of Heath and Safety / ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
” Undertaking surveys of water systems.
” Undertaking Temperature monitoring and water sampling.
” Collecting information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
