Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Crewe, North West.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry, we have a credible and established client with a continuously growing presence in and around the North West. They are now seeking to employ a diligent and keen Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Crewe area. The successful candidate will be carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, and Hospitality sites, working in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations. For the right candidate, the client can offer training into more technical risk assessing, alongside attractive travel time and over time rates.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Have a proven track record of working within an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company, delivering legionella risk assessments to a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Will ideally have an industry recognised Legionella qualification. E.g. City and Guilds / WMSoc.
” Will be well versed in ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG guidelines.
” Hold the ability to communicate well both in a verbal and written format.

The Role:
” Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, and Hospitality sites, ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
” Providing clients with schematic drawings.
” Managing own schedule, arranging site visits, and ensuring to designate time for report writing.
” Undertaking routine Water sampling, Temperature monitoring and surveys on client water systems.
” Producing detailed reports based on findings during the Risk Assessment.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
