Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Dartford, South East.
Salary / Benefits £20k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: A multi-discipline and reputable company who specialise within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry are currently seeking to employ an independent and enthusiastic Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Dartford area. The ideal candidate will be well versed in ACoP L8 / HSG 274 / HTM 0401 guidelines, undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on a mixed portfolio of Hospitality, Industrial, Healthcare, Educational and Commercial sites along side Water sampling, Temperature monitoring and Surveying Water systems.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding industry relevant qualification such as City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment would be essential to the role.
” Will have excellent working knowledge of ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
” Experience working within the Legionella / Water hygiene industry (Minimum).
” Competent in using handheld PDA systems and keeping on site logbooks up to date.

The Role:
” Working in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Undertaking Water sampling, Temperature monitoring and Surveying of client’s water systems.
” Undertaking onsite audits, ensuring onsite logbooks are up to date.
” Using PDA systems, producing detailed, site specific reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
