Job Title: Legionella Plumber / Supervisor
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Plumber / Supervisor through to Lead Legionella Plumber / Supervisor

Profile: A leading national Environmental Consultancy, with a reputation for providing specialist compliance services to longstanding clients across the UK. Our client is looking to employ a diligent and independent Legionella Plumber / Supervisor to cover contracts across the Yorkshire / North West region. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of the level 2 plumbing qualification and have extensive experience working within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry within a Remedial role, carrying out the full range of Remedial plumbing works, signing off all works in relation to plumbing, and supervising a team of engineers. Holding the G3 Unvented ticket is desirable to the role, but the client can offer further training into this qualification.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working as Remedial Plumber, ideally within an established Legionella / Water Treatment company.
” Hold a minimum of the Level 2 (ideally Level 3) NVQ / City and Guilds in plumbing. (Or equivalent qualification)
” Holding the G3 Unvented ticket is desirable for the role.
” Experience carrying out water hygiene duties would be beneficial to the role.
” Competent in using PDA systems.
” Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out the full range of Remedial plumbing duties across Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial and Social housing sites.
” Removing of redundant pipework and dead legs.
” Pipework rerouting and modifications.
” Carrying out TMV installations and Tank refurbishment.
” Conducting checks and signing off on all plumbing related work.
” Identifying and diagnosing faults on site, ensuing they are dealt with efficiently.
” Ensure all work complies with relent Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
” Responding to client call outs when needed.
” Managing / Supervising a team of Plumbers.
