Job Description
Our client is an outstanding water management company offering a wide range of specialist water treatment, water hygiene and legionella advice and services to clients nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a highly knowledgeable and motivated Legionella Compliance Supervisor / Coordinator to join their successful team based in and around the Lichfield area. The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and experience in scheduling of works, planning teams on a national scale. Applications from Stafford, Stoke on Trent, Burton on Trent, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications and Experience
Must come from a strong legionella, water treatment, water hygiene, chemical background.
Experience working a managerial/team leader role.
Experience delivering and implementing new and existing policies.
Proven track record of developing and managing ISO accreditation.
Experience in under-taking internal audits.
Knowledge of health and safety policies and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and scheduling works to HSG274 regulation.
Manage and maintain all current and future accreditations and memberships.
Planning site staff on national scale.
Ensure all operational aspects follow internal and external policies.
Continually create, improve, and define process methods to assist with the growth of the business.
Implement and review health and safety policies and compliance (such as weekly fire alarm tests, annual ladder inspections).
