Job Title: Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £40k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Equipment Engineer through to Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
Profile: An established company with a long-standing team of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene employees, are now seeking to employ a hard working and competent Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to work on a large-scale equipment projects across the South East region. The successful candidate will have experience working within the Water Treatment industry, carrying out Installation and servicing of Water softeners, Reverse Osmosis and Chlorine Dioxide units, alongside, Fault finding on chemical dosing equipment. Experience supervising a team of engineers on site and assisting with employee training would be beneficial to the role.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding experience working within the Water Treatment industry for an established company will be essential to the role.
” Experience managing and leading a team of engineers would be ideal for the role.
” Must have knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Will hold excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
” Holding an electrical wiring qualification or 18th electrical would be beneficial.
The Role:
” Carrying out installation and servicing of Water Softeners, Chlorine dioxide units and Reverse Osmosis systems.
” Installation of chemical dosing equipment within Cooling Towers and Closed Systems.
” Finding faults on site and dealing with in a timely manner.
” Acting as lead engineer on large-scale equipment projects.
” Visiting clients on site in line with company / client needs.
” Managing and supervising a team of Equipment Engineers.
” Carrying out training of staff in line with company needs.
” Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients.
