Job Title: Commissioning Manager
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire.
Salary / Benefits £40k – £65k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Commissioning Manager through to Lead Commissioning Manager

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the commissioning / HVAC industry, carrying out the full range of commissioning, HVAC, LEV, water treatment services to a mixed range of clients across the UK. They are now looking to take on a self-motivated and independent Commissioning Manager based in and around the Swindon area, the ideal candidate would come from a strong commissioning / HVAC background and will have experience supervising and leading a team of commissioning engineers, undertaking site inspections and maintaining commissioning programme.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold hands on experience working within the commissioning / HVAC / Water industry.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health & Safety Legislations.
” Will have experience supervising and managing a team of engineers.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Ensuring that the commissioning programme is up to date and is being maintained.
” Undertaking regular site inspections of service installations and stores of materials to ensure that they are meeting the correct standards of cleanliness and protection.
” Carrying out Pre-commissioning inspections.
” Supervising and managing a team of engineers.
” Building and maintaining goof working relationships with clients.
” Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
” Liaising with clients and ensuring that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
” Signing off completed systems.
” Monitoring site progress and ensuring that they are running effectively.
