Job Description

Our client is a reputable and diverse clean air company, who provides services to a nationwide client base. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Clean Air Administrator / Scheduler based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal applicant will hold experience within the clean air industry undertaking daily duties such as scheduling in works, writing quotes, and providing support to clients, managers, and colleagues. Applications from Oldham, Bolton, Rochdale, and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
Ideally come from a Clean air / Validation background.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Role:
Writing up commissioning and validation reports.
Scheduling works for engineers.
Providing method statements and risk assessments.
Providing quoted and purchase orders.
Using Microsoft Packages
Building and maintaining a good rapport with clients.
