Job Title: Asbestos Training Manager
Location: South East of England
Salary/Benefits: £35k – £50k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting for a switched-on Asbestos Training Manager, with robust industry experience and strong communication skills. You will be integral in leading training for internal team members and external clients, ensuring to deliver up-to-date and thorough technical guidance and support. The ideal candidate will be articulate and confident in communicating industry guidelines and processes, and proactive in maintaining your own technical knowledge. We are seeking someone in the South East of England, but can be open-minded about a candidate’s location, as long as they are open to travel. Our client is UKAS accredited and highly respected within the industry. They are offering excellent salaries and benefits packages for the successful individual.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Experience working as an Asbestos Training Manager
– Will hold industry related tickets, i.e. : BOHS P402, P403, P404, P405 or RSPH equivalents
– Ideally will be qualified with the: CoCA, W504, CCP or Assessor tickets
– Excellent communication skills
– Robust technical knowledge, including HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
– Flexible to travel as per client needs

The Role:
– Providing asbestos training courses for internal and external teams, in line with UKATA and BOHS guidelines
– Leading Asbestos Awareness, Licensed and Non-Licensed training courses
– Devising thorough and up-to-date training courses
– Supporting the training of new members of staff
– Answering technical queries
– Adhering to personal targets and deadlines
– Adjusting courses to include new guidelines and any changes
– Representing the company in a professional manner
– Maintaining own personal technical knowledge
