Job Description
Our client is a well-established asbestos company, who provides the full range of professional asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of client. Due to continuing success, they are now looking for experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Durham area. Applications from Sunderland, Gateshead, Darlington, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Minimum requirements:
Will possess the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience using CAD packages would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given.
Experience within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of Health & Safety in relation to asbestos.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Job Role:
Undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintain a strong working relationship with clients.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
