Job Description
Our client is a large UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy that service a mixed portfolio of clients throughout the UK. Due to recent business success, they are currently looking for an experienced and client facing Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in or around the Edgware area. The ideal candidate will come from an asbestos consultancy background and have extensive experience carrying out in depth and technical asbestos surveys and air monitoring duties to a varied site base. Applications from Watford, Enfield, Hatfield and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Hands on experience working as an asbestos surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry is essential.
Will ideally have experience providing a consultancy service to client.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety regulations.
Role:
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including domestic/commercial/industrial.
Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors on site ensuring they comply with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
