Qualifications:
” P402 and/or P403 / P404 (or equivalent s301 / RSPH qualification)
” Minimum of 3 months experience.
” Full UK Driving License.
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an established national asbestos consultancy, who provide the full range of asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of contracts. This professional outlet are looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Analysts / Consultants to cover a portfolio of long-standing contracts across the South West region.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within the asbestos industry and will ideally hold the P402, P403, P404. However, consideration will be given to candidates who hold one or more of the P certs and are looking to gain further industry qualifications / experience.
This is a home-based role and consideration will be given to candidates based in Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Taunton and areas with good access to the M5/M4.
Key Duties:
” Undertaking asbestos management, demolition and refurbishment surveys to commercial, industrial and residential sites.
” Carrying all aspects of asbestos air monitoring / analytical duties; including 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
” Taking bulk samples.
” Producing technical asbestos reports and drawing using PDAs and specialist software (Alpha Tracker / TEAMs).
” Liaising with clients and feeding back finding of asbestos surveys.
