Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k + Further Training + Regional Work + Attractive Packages.
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Consultant

Profile:
A long-standing and successful UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, with regional offices throughout the UK, are currently looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant to join their expanding team. Candidates will have a proven track record of providing Air monitoring and inspection services, as well as experience undertaking Refurbishment, Demolition and Management Surveys to a wide site base. Previous experience providing consultancy services to clients, would be beneficial to the role but not essential. In return, the company can offer the successful candidate a good work life balance, alongside cross training into other sectors and further industry qualifications.

Applications will be considered from; Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Preston, Blackpool, Burnley, Halifax, Bradford, and candidates with good access to the M62.

Experience & Qualifications:
– Will hold a minimum of the P402 or P403, P404 (or equivalent) Qualifications.
– Hold experience working within as a Surveyor / Analyst, ideally within a UKAS accredited consultancy.
– Will have a good working knowledge of HSG 248 & HSG 264 guidelines.
– Previous experience using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS Systems (Desirable not Essential)

The Role:
– Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys to Local Authority, Commercial, Healthcare and Retail site base.
– Reinspection Surveys
– Carrying out Stage 4 clearances.
– Carrying out smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
– Supervision of removal projects.
– Using PDA / TRAKCER/ TEAMS systems to upload site specific, detailed reports.
– Liaising directly with clients to provide specialist advice and consultancy services.
