Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Northampton, South Midlands
Salary / Benefits £20K-£36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client has a national presence within the Asbestos and environmental industry, Delivering the full range of asbestos works across construction, industrial, Local authority and high security sites.
Due to an increase in workloads they are currently looking for a qualified and keen Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in the Northampton area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience working within the asbestos industry, undertaking asbestos surveys and air monitoring on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Rushden, Daventry, Brackley, Bedford, Biggleswade, Hitchin, Stevenage.
Experience & Qualifications:
” The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 certificate or RSPH equivalent.
” Will hold extensive experience in surveying, air monitoring and air testing within the asbestos industry.
” Must be up to date with current Health & Safety legislations in relation to asbestos.
” Must hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft packages.

The Role:
” Undertaking management, Refurbishment/ demolition surreys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Carrying out stage 4 clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re occupation and personal air testing.
” Producing detailed reports using relevant information from sites.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring all wok is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
