Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Stafford, Midlands
Salary / Benefits £20k-£35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst though to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: Our client is well regarded and well established within the asbestos and environmental industry, providing the full range of asbestos duties to local authority, Commercial and Educational sites across the UK. Due to rapid growing business, they are now looking to take on a qualified and motivated Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst, based in the Stafford area, the ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification and will have experience delivering surveying and analytical duties to a mixed range of clients.
Our client would also consider candidates holding the P402 qualification that are looking to gain analytical experience.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will hold extensive experience within the asbestos industry, doing surveying, air testing and air monitoring.
” Will be up to date with relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking stage 4 clearances, smoke, background, leak re assurance, visual, re occupation and personal air testing.
” Carrying out management, refurbishment / demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Collecting information from site to produce detailed reports.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
