Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Dartford, South East
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a well-known and established name within the asbestos and environmental sector, working hard to provide high quality works across a range of healthcare, local authority, high security, and industrial sites. Due to growth of business, they are now looking to take on a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to undertake the full range of air monitoring and surveying duties to a mixed portfolio of sites. Consideration will also be given to experienced asbestos surveyor or site analysts who are looing to cross train and gain further P certs.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the P402/P403/P404 or RSPH equivalent certificate.
” Will ideally hold experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
” Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
