Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northeast
Salary / Benefits £20k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client specialises within the asbestos and environmental industry and work hard to provide clients with a thorough and high quality service. Due to an increase in work loads they are now looking to recruit a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, the ideal candidate will hold the P402, P304, P404 qualification, and will have extensive experience undertaking surveying and analytical duties on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Hartlepool, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Morpeth, Alnwick, Ashington, Darlington, Middlesborough, and Stockton on Tees.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P304, P404 or RSPH qualification.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Will hold experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
