Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Manchester, Northwest
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a well-established Asbestos Consultancy who provide the full range of asbestos services across the UK to a range of commercial, healthcare and retail sectors. Due to increase in contracts, they are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, the ideal candidate will possess the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications, and will hold experience undertaking surveying and analytical duties on a mixed range of sites.
Consideration would also be given to candidates who hold either the P402 or P403/4 and are looking to progress into further P certs.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
” Will hold extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Producing reports using information from sites fort clients.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
