Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Dartford, Southeast
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.

Profile: Future select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos and environmental sector, we have a well-established client of ours, who work hard to deliver high quality asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of clients. Due to an increase in work loads they are now looking to take on a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst. The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 Qualification and hold experience undertaking asbestos surveying and analytical duties on a mixed client base.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
” Will be well versed with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Will ideally hold extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
