Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Greater Manchester, Northwest.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a multidiscipline and UKAS accredited environmental company, they work hard to provide social housing, Healthcare, Educational and industrial clients. They are now looking to take on a competent and qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Greater Manchester area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and will have extensive experience carrying out management, demolition and refurbishment surveys as well as undertaking stage 4 clearances on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Bolton, Oldham, Warrington, Wigan, Bury, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Chester, and Crewe.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will hold good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Will have extensive experience working in the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
