Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Guildford, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Out client is a reputable and established UKAS accredited company who cover the full range of asbestos services across Industrial, commercial, Healthcare, and Retail clients across the UK. They are now looking to take on a qualified and self-motivated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Guildford area. The ideal candidate mist hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and will hold extensive experience undertaking air monitoring services and surveying on a mixed range of sites. Consideration would also be given to candidates with good access along the M4

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualification.
” Will ideally have extensive experience working in the Asbestos industry.
” Must be well versed within relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
